The Renov8 team has a passion for the construction industry, and we believe we can bring a degree of integrity to the building industry that is often lacking. We aim to build a relationship of trust between client and contractor, and to provide the very best quality and service to every client.

We are a construction company. Our main focus is commercial interior construction, together with upmarket residential developments. On the commercial side that covers space planning and fitouts, from store fitouts and hotel and restaurant refurbishments to office layouts and renovations. On the residential side we take on ground-up projects, generally high-end homes, group housing and multi-unit structures within lifestyle and residential estates.

Every project is different, and larger projects naturally take longer. We work to project deadlines and schedules so that each project is completed on time.

We lead complete projects: new homes, major renovations and commercial fit-outs. Specialist work such as joinery, staircases and waterproofing is delivered as part of those projects. We do not take on single-trade work.

Consultations and feasibility work are a paid service, and the fee is credited against your contract when you appoint us. It gives your project the time and judgement it deserves from the start, without pricing or design advice given blind.
